Spectrum Health Care is hiring full-time permanent Client Services Coordinators for their Mississauga office. This role involves connecting nurses, PSWs, clients, and community partners, managing schedules, and solving problems. Coordinators will assist with scheduling and coordination of services, liaise with various stakeholders, respond to inquiries, report concerns, collect client data, and perform administrative duties. Must have:
  • Minimum 2 years office experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Work collaboratively with community PSW and Nurses
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of PSW and Nurse services
  • Liaise with clients, staff, and community partners
  • Act as a problem solver for clients
  • Respond to inquiries from HCCSS and employees
  • Report client and staff concerns to Home Support Supervisor
  • Collect and enter pertinent client data into the computer system
  • Perform administrative duties to support the personal support worker and Nurse program
  • This is a fully in office role
