CAE is seeking a Client Services Representative (m/f/d) for their new Business Aviation Training Centre in Vienna (Schwechat). The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating between departments and serving as the primary contact for clients and visitors. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing inquiries, resolving issues, performing administrative tasks, assisting with merchandise, and supporting customer events. The ideal candidate has a completed education or commercial apprenticeship, excellent PC skills (Word, Excel), strong interpersonal and communication abilities, organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Wir haben vor Kurzem die Türen zu unserem neuen Business Aviation Trainingscentre in Wien (Schwechat) geöffnet und suchen nun nach einem engagierten Client Services Representative (m/w/d).

CAE wird in Wien zunächst fünf hochmoderne Full-Flight-Simulatoren betreiben, darunter G550, PH100/300, Global 7500, Global 6000 Vision und CL3500 Full-Flight-Simulatoren führender Hersteller betreiben. Die neue, 8.000 Quadratmeter große Einrichtung bietet viel Platz für weiteren Wachstum und mit einer Kapazität von bis zu neun Full-Flight-Simulatoren bieten wir die fortschrittlichste Pilotenausbildung im Bereich Business Aviation in Mitteleuropa an.

Die Position, die wir Dir anbieten

Als Client Service Representative (CSR) bist Du verantwortlich für die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden. Du koordinierst zwischen den verschiedenen Fachbereichen, um den täglichen Betrieb im Trainingscentre im Bereich Kundenservice zu gewährleisten. Am Empfang bist Du der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Besucher und unterstützt bei Fragen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kunden alle Informationen erhalten, die sie benötigen.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Begrüßung von Kunden und Besuchern im Trainingszentrum unter Einhaltung der Registrierungs- und Sicherheitsprotokolle.
  • Erster und zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Kunden und Besucher während ihres Aufenthalts im Trainingszentrum; enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Servicequalität.
  • Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Kundenproblemen, -anfragen oder -beschwerden in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und Sicherstellung eines geschlossenen Feedback-Kreislaufs.
  • Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben zur Unterstützung der Kunden während des Trainingsprozesses.
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Maximierung der Rücklaufquote von Kundenumfragen sowie Erfassung und Berichterstattung der Daten.
  • Lagerverwaltung und Bestellung von CAE-Merchandise-Artikeln für das Trainingszentrum.
  • Unterstützung bei Kundenveranstaltungen.
  • Allgemeine Empfangstätigkeiten.

Unser ideales Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Schulausbildung und/oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Luftfahrtbranche und/oder im operativen Bereich von Vorteil.
  • Hervorragende PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Word und Excel.
  • Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Organisationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist.
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum Multitasking.
  • Hohe Genauigkeit und Liebe zum Detail sind unerlässlich.
  • Starke Qualitätsorientierung mit kontinuierlichem Streben nach Prozessverbesserung und Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Fähigkeit, sich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu konzentrieren und zu arbeiten. Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit bei Veränderungen.
  • Fähigkeit, auch unter schwierigen Umständen eine starke Kundenorientierung aufrechtzuerhalten.

Vertragsdetails & Standort
Diese Position ist vor Ort im Business Aviation Training Centre in Wien (Schwechat) angesiedelt. Wir bieten einen unbefristeten Vertrag mit 40 Wochenstunden, Montag bis Freitag während der regulären Bürozeiten, mit gelegentlicher Arbeit an Feiertagen.
