Job Description

As a Clinical Consultant (Clinical Application Specialist) in the Service & Support Team, you will deliver innovative technologies to healthcare IT customers, contributing to improved patient care. Your role involves developing and conducting training for customers and colleagues, supporting service contracts and system extensions, advising on product developments, and actively supporting sales through presentations. You will also translate clinical requirements to product management and product development to drive innovation.

  • Translate clinical requirements from customers towards product management and product development
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Ultrasound OR experienced in medical technology or clinical innovations
  • Have sonography experience and knowledge in usage of ultrasound and product features within the cardiology domain
  • High energy and self-driven mentality
  • Highly flexible and motivated team player
  • Affinity with IT Solutions
  • Excellent customer-centric & communication skills
  • Fluent in English and good command of German in written word and speech
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of your time and able to travel internationally

Your role:

  • You are part of the Ultrasound Workspace Service & Support team.
  • Develop training concepts and create training documents to pass on your knowledge in a structured way.
  • Conducting training courses for customers and colleagues – both remotely and on-site – is part of your daily business.
  • Within the framework of service contracts and system extensions, you will support with your knowledge and experience.
  • Close cooperation with customer project management is essential to implement projects successfully and promptly.
  • Advise our customers on further training offers and current product developments.
  • Actively support sales through product presentations.
  • Participation in trade shows, congresses and workshops.
  • Accurate and conscientious documentation of your work and product problems to ensure the highest quality.
  • Translate clinical requirements from customers towards product management and product development to drive innovation.

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Ultrasound.
  • Or you are experienced in the field of medical technology or clinical innovations. (Basic knowledge of cardiology is an advantage)
  • You have sonography experience, knowledge in usage of ultrasound and product features within the cardiology domain.
  • You have high energy, and self-driven mentality.
  • You are highly flexible and motivated team player, who can establish relationships with both internal and external customers.
