This role involves partnering with product marketing and OU Field Marketers to drive demand and pipeline through a specialized channel strategy. Responsibilities include leading channel strategy development and execution for digital activities across EMEA, consolidating and reporting on field marketing activities, and collaborating with OU Field Marketers for seamless integration. The role also entails analyzing campaign pipeline performance, identifying growth opportunities with Sales Strategy and Marketing Operations, and maintaining communication with stakeholders across marketing and product teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of leading campaigns, driving success, and managing multiple initiatives.
Must have:

Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Marketer to become a key specialist for one of our core products. In this role, you will be a key strategic partner to both our product marketing teams and our Operating Unit (OU) Field Marketers, serving as the go-to field marketing specialist for your designated solution within the region. You will be responsible for developing and leading a specialised channel strategy to drive demand and pipeline, ensuring seamless integration with broader regional marketing efforts.

This position requires a collaborative and analytical mindset. You will work closely with Field and Product teams to create a comprehensive picture of all field marketing activities related to your cloud, providing crucial insights and feedback to optimise global campaigns and articulate their value to the OUs.

Here’s what you’d be doing:

  • Act as the primary field marketing specialist for your specific product, driving towards defined targets through led and influenced channels. Align to the product marketing teams, as well as provide support and guidance to the regional Field Marketing teams.

  • Develop, lead, and execute the specific channel strategy for webinars, email marketing, and other digital activities across the EMEA region.

  • Consolidate and report on all product-related field marketing activities, including both led and influenced channels, to provide a single source of truth for the product marketing teams.

  • Collaborate closely with OU Field Marketers to ensure your channel strategies are fully aligned and integrated with their comprehensive multi-channel plans.

  • Maintain a continuous feedback loop to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Support segment analysis and work with Sales Strategy and Marketing Operations to identify key growth opportunities for your product.

  • Analyze and report on campaign pipeline performance, developing clear reporting frameworks to share performance trends with key stakeholders.

  • Maintain effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations across marketing and product teams.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • 7+ years Marketing experience in a role managing multi-channel Marketing campaigns (i.e. email, direct mail, print, online and/or social media).

  • Proficient understanding of demand generation and a history of leading campaigns and driving success.

  • Experience developing and executing Marketing strategies and programs for B2B organizations.

  • Experience allocating and optimizing spend across tactics.

  • 4+ years experience partnering with Sales to deliver results.

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with a history for meeting deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and proactive in anticipating what’s needed.

  • Proficient communication skills and a proven collaboration mindset.

  • Use of Salesforce with proficient Salesforce reporting skills.

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Experience/Skills Preferred:

  • Language proficiency: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch

  • Experience with other Marketing tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Google Analytics, Omniture, Demandbase etc. preferred.

  • Thrives in a high growth environment that is constantly changing.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • A sense of humor and ability to find balance in the midst of a dynamic work environment.

  • Interested and willing to travel for marketing and internal events as needed.
