Job Description

As a Cloud Platform Automation Architect, you will lead the AI-driven transformation of multi-product, multi-cloud software release pipelines. This involves architecting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, implementing robust QA and integration testing frameworks, and enhancing production monitoring and observability. You will leverage AI and automation to streamline deployments and implement intelligent test automation systems. Your role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, reducing operational risks, and increasing the reliability and scalability of systems. Constant experimentation with new technologies and innovation in AI-driven DevOps will be key, as you launch state-of-the-art machine learning and microservices based solutions.
Must have:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience as an Automation Architect or DevOps Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and automation.

Cloud Platform Automation Architect

You will leverage AI and automation to streamline deployments, and implement intelligent test automation systems, ensuring seamless integration of our complex multi-cloud architecture. Your role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement, introducing efficiencies, reducing operational risks and increasing reliability and scalability of our systems. Constant experimentation with new technologies and innovation in AI-driven DevOps experiences will be key, as you launch state-of-the-art machine learning and microservices based solutions.


Position Information

·       Job Title:Cloud Platform Automation Architect
·       Reporting: Reports to the Chief Development Officer
·       Work Environment: Hybrid work environment. Some travel will be required.
·       Location: Remote
·       Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
·       Evaluate current software release processes and identify areas for improvement through AI-driven automation.
·       Implement intelligent test automation systems to enhance QA and integration testing frameworks.
·       Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments across our multi-product, multi-cloud environment.
·       Measure the effectiveness of automation strategies and continuously refine them to improve reliability and scalability.
·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices for automation and deployment processes.
·       Review and analyze system specifications to design automation systems that meet complex multi-cloud architecture needs.
·       Develop comprehensive project plans for automation initiatives, including resource allocation and budget estimations.
·       Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation processes, tools, and usage guidelines.
·       Provide training and guidance to team members on AI-driven testing and automation best practices.
 
Qualifications:

·        Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
·        Extensive work experience as an Automation Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on high-scale cloud environments.
·        Proven hands-on experience with automated testing tools and methodologies, including AI-driven test automation and intelligent test systems.
·        Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure management.
·        Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, and experience with cloud platforms.
·        Strong understanding of business process analysis, process improvement, and implementing automation strategies across complex multi-cloud architectures.
·        Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation.
·        Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and create comprehensive documentation.
