1. 2+ years of work experience, with preference for those with experience in successful product launches and iterations (card and SLG games preferred).
2. Good at logical thinking and summarization, with novel and rich creative inspiration.
3. Preference for candidates with scripting language experience and certain programming abilities.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good cross-departmental collaboration ability, able to promote work quickly and efficiently.
5. Open-minded, good at accepting feedback, with a continuous product refinement mindset, and willing to embrace change and challenges.
6. Passionate about card/SLG genres, familiar with combat values, and deeply understand card game combat systems and hero balance.
7. Understands the long-term operational rhythm and philosophy of products, with a deep understanding of user changes in card/SLG games.
