Commercial Attaché F/H/X on Work-Study Program

As a Commercial Attaché F/H/X on a Work-Study Program, you will be responsible for the commercial development of our establishment. Your main missions, supporting the Commercial Manager, will include active commercial development and prospecting for new B2B clients, managing the client portfolio, handling groups and seminars, participating in contract negotiation, and developing restaurant activity through promotional actions and local business relations.

Must Have

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients (SMEs, key accounts, event agencies, etc.)
• Actively prospect to sell seminar and professional event services
• Detect new opportunities in the local and regional market
• Implement communication strategies to promote hotel services, themed evenings, and afterworks
• Manage social networks
• Ensure competitive intelligence
• Monitor, maintain, and build loyalty with existing clients
• Propose personalized offers
• Ensure regular commercial reporting
• Receive requests and prepare quotes for groups/seminars
• Manage groups / seminars (e.g., collecting rooming lists, menus) before, during, and after the stay
• Handle invoicing
• Participate in implementing commercial agreements
• Implement promotional actions to attract new restaurant clients
• Develop relationships with local businesses to boost restaurant attendance
