We are seeking a motivated Commercial Sales Manager for our Florida team. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial pool builders, services, and designers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. The manager will drive the growth of new products and advanced technology, deliver technical expertise, and build confidence in innovative solutions for residential/commercial customers. Responsibilities include sales presentations, record-keeping, account development, and achieving sales targets.
Must have:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential commercial pool professionals.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, articulating strong value propositions.
  • Keep detailed records of sales opportunities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Provide presence and support at distributor branches.
  • Develop and implement account development and retention strategies.
  • Plan and execute customer engagement activities.
  • Tailor sales messaging to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Drive the sales process and accelerate the pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Support the technical onboarding of adopting customers.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Act as a technical expert for commercial applications.
  • Participate in training and development programs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Demonstrate strong ethical standards, professionalism, and commitment to achieving excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • High level of expertise in commercial pool building and product application.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential commercial pool builders, services and designers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. supporting the growth of new products and advanced technology. This role is also key in delivering technical expertise and building confidence in our residential/commercial customers to adopt our innovative solutions.

You will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential commercial pool professionals to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, articulating strong value propositions to our customers.
  • Keep detailed records of sales opportunities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Provide presence and support at distributor branches to execute the strategy driven by the national account management team.
  • Develop and implement account development and retention strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Plan and execute customer engagement activities to understand and address customer needs.
  • Tailor sales messaging to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Drive the sales process and accelerate the pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Support the technical onboarding of adopting customers including training, troubleshooting and initial installations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Regional Sales Manager on sales performance and market insights.
  • Act as a technical expert for commercial applications, providing confidence to customers in the adoption of new products and advanced technology.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong ethical standards, professionalism, and a commitment to achieving excellence.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • High level of expertise in commercial pool building and product application
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute customer engagement activities.
  • Proficiency in tailoring sales messaging and articulating value propositions.
  • Strong ability to drive the sales process and accelerate the pipeline.
  • Product expertise and industry acumen.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and sales performance metrics.
