Job Description

As a Senior Community Manager at Carry1st, you will spearhead initiatives to cultivate gaming communities for the Carry1st Shop and associated games. This involves creating and executing strategies to boost community size and engagement across various platforms like social media, forums, and Discord. You'll gather community feedback, promote in-game events and tournaments, and analyze data to report on community growth and sentiment. Your work will be crucial in fostering a strong community around Carry1st brands and products through events, partnerships, and sponsorships.

As one of our Senior Community Managers, you will be responsible for initiatives that build community around the Carry1st Shop and our games. You will play an important role in building a community of gamers around Carry1st brands and products through grassroots efforts, events, partnerships, sponsorships, and more.

  • Conceptualize and build gaming communities for games in the Carry1st Shop portfolio
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the size and engagement of the gaming community across various platforms (social media, forums, Discord, etc.)
  • Collect feedback, suggestions, and concerns from the community and relay them to the relevant teams within the company
  • Promote in-game events, competitions, and tournaments to keep the community engaged and excited
  • Use data and metrics to measure community engagement, growth, and sentiment, and provide regular reports to the company
