Job Description

As a Tribe Campus Leader, you'll build vibrant gaming and esports communities within your university, engaging students and fostering a strong, active community centered around gaming. Responsibilities include growing the use of Carry1st products and games, hosting university events, managing budgets and vendor relationships, engaging the community, overseeing a WhatsApp/Telegram community, and liaising between Tribe and your university. This is a volunteer role focused on building and managing a gaming community.
Must have:
  • Enrolled in university with at least 1 year until graduation
  • Event planning and tournament hosting experience
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for gaming

As a Tribe Campus Leader, you will be responsible for building vibrant gaming and esports communities within your university, engaging students, and fostering a strong, active community centered around gaming.

You will...

  • Grow the use of Carry1st products and games in your community
  • Host events regularly at your university to foster community engagement
  • Manage budgeting and vendor relationships to ensure smooth event operations
  • Engage the community by providing timely responses to requests and comments
  • Oversee and manage a community on WhatsApp/Telegram to maintain active participation
  • Liaise between Tribe and your university, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

What makes you a great candidate?

  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at a University (you would be required to provide a student ID card)
  • Must have at least 1 year left until graduation
  • Have experience with event planning and tournament hosting
  • Have basic proficiency in English
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills and passion for gaming 
  • Social media management experience is a plus
