This role will be responsible for achieving sales target of gas generating set products. Maintain customer relationship; Clarify technical questions; Team work with Finance, AE, Service and Order Management; Coordination among RRS-Augsburg, RRS-FN, RRS-HK and RRS-Suzhou.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for sales of Gas Generator Set products in China market.
Attend sales calls, manage enquiries and complaints & liaise with RRS-Augsburg, RRS-HK and RRS-Suzhou for project follow-up & implementation.
Develop new business opportunity and new partner.
Review / clarify customer’s requirements / specifications and provide technical solutions for projects with standard scope, or customized scope.
Prepare and conduct presentations on gas system products and arrange product training for sales partners, customers and end-users, etc.
Closely cooperate with engineering team to work on projects technically and commercially.
Key account management;
Contribute constructive ideas to improve gas system business.
Innovative thinking to improve working efficiency of the team.
Any other assignment requested by Line Manager.
Key Experiences and any Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering or equivalent qualification; Master's degree is a bonus.
At least 5 years working experience related to engine / genset sales, engine / genset design or integration, engine / genset application engineering or gas industry or engine application / services.
Good command of both spoken & written English, good at office software.
Good knowledge of engine, awareness of relevant industries and competitors’ products
Demonstrated track record of success in sales or application engineering
Good independent working ability

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work across a matrix organization
Good learning attitude
Flexibility to travel (50%)
