Job Summary
Paytm is seeking a Sales Team Lead for its Oil & Gas vertical focused offline payment solution team in Nainital. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and onboarding new merchants for offline payment solutions like QR Codes and POS machines. The team primarily deals with petrol and gas station merchants, aiming to enhance their businesses through Paytm's payment instruments and commerce services. Responsibilities include educating merchants on swipe machine benefits, converting them, managing their accounts, and maintaining relationships with Oil Marketing Companies. The position requires strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to aggressively manage sales strategy execution and work both independently and collaboratively.
Must Have
- 3+ years of distribution sales experience in fintech, banking/sales, or EDC sales.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to aggressively manage sales strategy execution.
