Job Summary
Ceragon Networks Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager for Service Providers to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing strategic accounts. The role involves defining and executing sales strategies, understanding customer needs, building relationships with decision-makers, and managing the sales cycle from proposal to closure. This individual contributor position requires an experienced sales professional with a strong network and a focus on exceeding sales targets and customer expectations.
Must Have
- Win new customers and generate revenue growth
- Increase business opportunities and generate revenue from existing key strategic accounts
- Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service
- Define and execute the overall sales strategy to drive sales and profit growth
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations
- Meet and exceed booking, margin quotas, and revenue goals
- Build relationships with and prospect the right decision makers
- Manage, build, and deliver formal business proposals and presentations
- Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and close sales
- Ensure the CRM database is utilized appropriately and maintained with forecast accuracy
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in comparable business (service providers / telco suppliers)
- Consistent, demonstrable track record of growth, meeting and exceeding sales targets
Good to Have
- Knowledge of region-specific languages such as Portuguese or Swahili
- Preferable degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering or/and business administration (MBA) or equivalent

Major Job Responsibilities:
The main goal of this position is to win new customers, within the market segment, creating customer value and generating revenue growth.
Additionally, to increase business opportunities and generate revenue from existing key strategic accounts, in pursuing regionregional objectives aligned to company values, while exceeding customer’s expectations and contributing to a high level of customer experience.
This is an individual contributor role for an experienced Sales professional with their own extensive network of contacts, who will be supported by the greater EMEA matrix team
Areas of responsibility, permanent objectives and duties:
- Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service, understanding and influencing the strategies, goals and objectives of assigned accounts.
- Define and execute the overall sales strategy in the relevant areas: Creating and executing on a strategic plan to drive sales and profit growth in the Service Provider market, based on a consultative approach to understanding customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations that effect target markets.
- Strong Hunting mindset
- Meet and exceed booking, margin quotas and revenue goals. Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales organization. Ensures planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the organization.
- Developing new value propositions, use cases and campaigns.
- Build relationships with and prospect the right decision makers within a business to identify new business opportunities and bring an innovative approach to prospecting and acquisition, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Responsible to manage, build and deliver formal business proposals and presentations, presents to all levels of the organization including executives, leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making processes, and overcomes objections to closure, and closes sales in a professional and effective manner.
- Identifying, evaluating, and recommending product and service enhancements back into the company that improve the overall value to our customers.
- Ensure the CRM database is utilized appropriately and maintained on a regular basis, with forecast accuracy.
- Availability to travel min. 50% of the time
Job Requirements
Qualification and Education:
- Preferable degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering or/and business administration, (MBA) or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of region-specific languages such as Portuguese or Swahili is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in comparable business – service providers / telco suppliers with a consistent, demonstrable track record of growth, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
