1. Responsible for PV requirements related to game promotion, quickly understanding director's needs to express concept art, atmosphere art, CK, etc., independently following up on projects, and being responsible for the artistic implementation of PVs.
2. Conduct visual concept design and drawing based on promotional themes, control and adjust the overall PV screen (composition, space, tone, etc.), and propose optimization suggestions and solutions for the overall art effect.
3. Communicate and coordinate with cooperative departments such as directors, visual effects, and production, align requirements, provide outsourcing drawing plans, and supervise outsourced original art work.
1. Over 5 years of experience in game or film PV design; possess excellent original painting skills and aesthetic ability.
2. Solid art foundation, good drawing skills, strong design and control ability over structure, color, space, and atmosphere.
3. Experience in animation, film, game CG and other fields is preferred; ability to use 3D modeling tools for drawing assistance is preferred.
4. Love games, passionate about creation, possess flexible and evolving design thinking, rich imagination and innovation, and high standards for one's own work.
5. Understand the key points of game and game market promotion, possess product thinking.
6. Strong self-drive, able to continuously learn and absorb the latest motion design trends, with good learning and summarization skills.
7. Responsible, enterprising, with a good mindset and team spirit, excellent communication skills, and awareness and ability to promote and solve problems.
