Job Description
This role is for a Game Operation Specialist with a focus on data analysis for PUBG Mobile in the Latin American region. Responsibilities include establishing daily monitoring mechanisms for key metrics, collecting and analyzing game data to identify issues and trends, using data to optimize operational strategies (including event planning, user retention, and conversion), and contributing to core game operation modules. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in game operation and data analysis, a passion for gaming (especially FPS), familiarity with game operations and various business modules, excellent communication skills, proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R, Tableau, PowerBI), and English fluency. Spanish or Portuguese skills are a plus.

- 3+ years game operation & data analysis experience
- Data analysis & visualization tools proficiency (Excel, SQL, Python/R, Tableau/PowerBI)
- FPS game knowledge & passion

Responsibilities:

2、负责项目各类型数据收集及整理，进行深入分析，发现问题，识别趋势；
3、从数据角度帮助制定和优化运营策略，包括活动策划、用户留存、付费转化等；
4、以数据为驱动，参与拉美区域其他核心游戏运营核心模块。
Requirements:
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏运营及数据分析工作经验；
2、热爱游戏及游戏行业，对FPS品类有较深的认知与体验；
3、熟悉游戏运营发行过程和各业务模块，具备良好的沟通能力；
4、熟练使用数据相关分析和可视化工具（如Excel、SQL、Python/R、Tableau、Power BI等）；
5、英语能作为工作语言；具备西语/葡语能力优先。
