  • Assist with compensation program development, implementation, and administration.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on hiring and offer reviews.
  • Analyze compensation data and market trends, identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct and submit compensation surveys and market research.
  • Review proposed salary adjustments and new/revised role classifications.
  • Support biannual compensation review processes.
  • Assist in designing and maintaining salary structures, job evaluations, and incentive programs.
  • Monitor and interpret statutory requirements governing compensation administration.
  • Audit and update Workday and various compensation tools.
  • Create process documentation and generate compensation reports/dashboards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, and program management.
  • Strong analytical skills; expertise in Excel, HR systems, and data visualization.
  • Experience supporting global compensation programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with statutory compensation compliance and best practices.

What You'll Do

  • Compensation Program Management: Assist with the development, implementation, and administration of leading compensation policies and programs that attract and motivate top talent.
  • People & Culture Partnership Support: Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on hiring, reviewing offer exceptions, creating compensation guidelines, and delivering compensation training for TA and People Partner teams.
  • Data Analytics & Process Improvement: Analyze compensation data and market trends, identify improvement opportunities, and drive automation to enhance processes and create efficiencies.
  • Market Benchmarking: Conduct and submit compensation surveys and market research to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Salary Administration: Review proposed salary adjustments and new/revised role classifications to ensure consistency with guidelines and market standards; recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Program Execution: Support the biannual compensation review processes—including planning, testing, analysis, leader support, communications, and execution.
  • Compensation Structure Design: Assist in designing and maintaining salary structures, job evaluations, and incentive programs.
  • Compliance: Monitor and interpret statutory requirements governing compensation administration, recommending appropriate actions.
  • Systems & Vendor Management: Audit and update Workday and various compensation tools; work with compensation vendors to manage contracts, SOWs, POs, and invoice tracking.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create process documentation for TA, People Partners, and managers; generate and maintain compensation reports and dashboards.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, and program management.
  • Strong analytical skills; expertise in Excel, HR systems (Workday preferred), and data visualization.
  • Experience supporting global compensation programs in a fast-paced, energetic organization.
  • Ability to present trends, predictions, and recommendations to stakeholders in a simple and persuasive manner.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with statutory compensation compliance and best practices in the US and globally.
