What to Expect
We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Associate to join Tesla’s Regional Compensation and Benefits team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about driving positive change across the Company and must be analytical and strategic in identify efficiencies to deliver exceptional results. You must have a strong ability to work on multiple task deliverables, handle sensitive information and partner with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results on a company-wide scale. The role will be based in Singapore.
What You’ll Do
Provide support to the team on C&B programs and ad-hoc initiatives.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to execute employee C&B communication strategies.
Support ad-hoc data analysis and the administration of C&B programs, including data management, processing, and reporting.
Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills to drive robust understanding of compensation philosophies, policies and practices among different stakeholders.
Leverage on external best practices to plan and administer employee Benefits, Wellbeing and Employee Recognition programs and policies in the region, to deliver an exceptional and consistent employee experience.
Manage external relationships with key vendors to drive visibility and ensure effective administration and delivery of C&B programs.
Stay current on all emerging regulations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management/Analytics or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, Tableau experience is a plus.
Possess a high level of integrity. Be widely trusted, direct, and truthful, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and gain confidence.
Solution and client service-oriented, with a strong emphasis on problem solving.
Meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to interact with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
