Job Description

Gameloft is looking for an HR Intern to join their studio in Sofia. This entry-level position involves supporting the HR department with recruitment, employer branding, event planning, training coordination, performance appraisal campaigns, report preparation, and administration of employee benefits. The role offers an exciting challenge for bold and talented individuals.
Must Have:
  • Supports the recruitment process – prescreening candidates, scheduling and participating in interviews, providing feedback, etc.
  • Participates in external and internal employer branding activities and events
  • Assists in planning and organizing internal company events (parties, CSR initiatives, anniversaries, etc.)
  • Coordinates and supports the delivery of internal and external trainings and workshops
  • Tracks participation in global mandatory trainings
  • Assists in conducting the annual performance appraisal campaign and related activities
  • Prepares reports and analyses related to HR activities
  • Supports the induction and mentoring program for newcomers
  • Contributes to expanding the employee discount network with external partners and manages the administration of Multisport and CoolFit cards
