Job Description

As an Employee Relations Coordinator, your mission is to guarantee the application of HR rules and ensure a good social climate. Your roles include managing personnel transport, purchasing supplies, monitoring contracts, conducting investigations for conflicts, analyzing HR information (absenteeism, departures, accidents, conflicts, discipline), monitoring safety and discipline standards, conducting return interviews, daily HRM reporting, organizing CCE meetings, participating in social dialogue, assisting in disciplinary council decisions, and ensuring proper application of environmental, health, and safety procedures with subcontractors, and coordinating waste management with the HSE Coordinator.
Must Have:

  • Prepare and organize meetings with the CCE.
  • Participate in social dialogue with CCE representatives.
  • Assist in decision-making during the disciplinary council.
  • Ensure proper application of environmental, health and safety procedures with subcontractors.
  • Coordinate waste management with the HSE Coordinator.
  • Degree in HR / Private Law / Business Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an industry.
  • Basic knowledge of labor law.
  • Knowledge of disciplinary measures.
  • Time and priority management.
  • Interpersonal leadership.
  • Fluent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French and English.

Description

As an Employee Relations Coordinator, your mission is to guarantee the application of HR rules and ensure a good social climate.

Among your roles:

  • Guarantee the provision of personnel transport.
  • Manage purchases of supplies, small equipment, etc. according to the purchasing procedure and ensure good monitoring of stocks and needs of the various departments.
  • Monitor supplier and subcontractor contracts and validate the quality of the work provided by all service providers (canteen, transport, etc.).
  • Ensure the necessary investigations in the event of internal or external conflicts.
  • Analyze all HR information: number of absentees, departures, accidents, conflicts and discipline, etc.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and discipline standards within the site.
  • Conduct return interviews and take appropriate disciplinary measures.
  • Ensure daily reporting on HRM within the site.
  • Prepare and organize meetings with the CCE.
  • Participate in social dialogue with CCE representatives.
  • Assist in decision-making during the disciplinary council.
  • Ensure monitoring of the proper application of environmental, health and safety procedures with subcontractors (canteen, security, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the HSE Coordinator to ensure proper management of ordinary waste.

Your background:

  • Degree in HR / Private Law / Business Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an industry
