Job Description

The Human Resources Manager will monitor departmental metrics, administer HR processes including labor relations, hiring, training, and payroll, and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws. This role involves developing internal HR strategies, managing training programs, and overseeing employee services. The manager will also handle audits, budgets, and maintain a productive and safe work environment. A degree in Business Administration or Psychology and over 5 years of managerial experience are required, with automotive industry experience preferred.

  • Monitoring departmental metrics based on annual objectives (absenteeism, turnover, etc.)
  • Administration of HR processes (Labor relations, hiring, training, payroll)
  • Ensuring compliance with internal company policies and procedures, Federal Labor Law (LFT) and Internal Work Regulations (RIT)
  • Management of labor relations
  • Development and follow-up of internal HR strategies that contribute to operational performance
  • Management and promotion of training and development programs
  • Administration of employee services and improvement plans
  • Data analysis techniques and action plan development
  • Handling and response to internal and external audits
  • Management of annual budgets
  • Ensuring a productive and satisfying work environment for employees
  • Ensuring a healthy and safe environment for employees
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic contact with the government and supporting institutions
  • Environmental administrative representative
  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • +5 years of managerial experience
  • English: 70% (business conversational level)
  • Experience in labor relations, hiring, training, and payroll
  • Team management
  • Knowledge of environmental management systems, safety, and hygiene
  • Familiarity with IATF, CTPAT, ISO 14000

My Role:

  • Experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
  • English: 70% (business conversational level).
  • Experience in labor relations, hiring, training, and payroll.
  • Team management.
  • Knowledge of environmental management systems, safety, and hygiene.
  • Familiarity with IATF, CTPAT, ISO 14000.
