Job Description

The Partner Desk Administrator plays a critical role in enabling the success of field Partner Managers by providing high-quality administrative, operational, and coordination support. This role ensures smooth execution of partner programs, reporting, communications, and enablement activities across the partner lifecycle. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Key responsibilities include managing partner records, coordinating meetings, tracking action items, supporting MDF requests, and maintaining contact lists.

Must Have:
  • Manage partner records, contracts, and onboarding documentation in CRM and partner portals
  • Coordinate scheduling for partner meetings, QBRs, enablement sessions, and internal alignment calls
  • Track and follow up on action items from partner engagements and internal reviews
  • Support MDF request processing, tracking, and reconciliation
  • Maintain up-to-date partner contact lists, org charts, and account assignments
  • Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards on partner pipeline, performance, and engagement metrics
  • Monitor partner program compliance and escalate gaps to field managers
  • Support partner segmentation and tiering analysis
  • Coordinate distribution of newsletters, program updates, and campaign materials to partners
  • Assist in organizing partner webinars, training sessions, and virtual events
  • Support partner feedback collection and survey administration
  • Act as a point of contact for partner inquiries and route them to appropriate stakeholders
  • Help drive consistency in partner experience across geographies and segments
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, partner support, or administrative coordination
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and collaboration tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Role Overview

The Partner Desk Administrator plays a critical role in enabling the success of field Partner Managers by providing high-quality administrative, operational, and coordination support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage partner records, contracts, and onboarding documentation in CRM and partner portals
  • Coordinate scheduling for partner meetings, QBRs, enablement sessions, and internal alignment calls
  • Track and follow up on action items from partner engagements and internal reviews
  • Support MDF request processing, tracking, and reconciliation
