The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition for mid-size technology companies. The Recruiter will attract candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain recruitment metrics.
Must Have:
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Manage interview scheduling and feedback collection.
  • Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–4 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT as required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
