Position DescriptionThe Commissions Analyst will be responsible for all commissions calculations and planning activities. This position will complete monthly analysis, calculations, and reporting in order to deliver timely and accurate commissions payments.

What You’ll Do:* Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual commission and bonus attainment for sales representatives across Fortra* Communication commission payment information to the payroll team monthly* Partner with sales leaders and representatives regarding any commission-based questions, inquiries, and/or concerns* Conduct commission attainment analysis, develop commission reports, and provide other metrics for monthly close processes and as requested* Assist in reviewing current commission processes to identify areas of process improvement* Utilize commission software to maintain compensation plan changes and upload sales data* Other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, related field, or experience in lieu of degree* 0-2 years of experience working with commissions and/or incentive compensation* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity handling large data sets for calculations* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Ability to work independently and within are broader team environment* Ability to effectively communicate commission details to cross-functional teams in an easy to understand manner
