Job Description

This role is responsible for complex tasks related to HRIS, compensation, payroll, and benefits. Key duties include verifying data accuracy through audits, processing HR changes in the HRIS system, assisting with report generation, and supporting various HR functional areas. The coordinator also handles Employee Action Notices, reviews HR documentation, and contributes to system improvements, providing HRIS training and supporting local HR generalist activities like onboarding and event planning.
Good To Have:
  • Some college or associate’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ year HR experience in one or more HR disciplines preferred.
  • Prior ADP experience a plus.
Must Have:
  • Verify accuracy of data through audits and query generation.
  • Process human resources changes in HRIS system.
  • Assist with report generation, maintenance and distribution.
  • Assist one or more functional areas within human resources working closely with field human resources team.
  • Perform diversified clerical and administrative activities.
  • Process Employee Action Notices including approvals.

  • Assist in development, administration, maintenance and modification of HRIS processes, procedures and guidelines.
  • Support local team in HR generalist areas such as onboarding and programs.

Position Summary:

Responsible for completing various complex tasks related to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), compensation, payroll and benefits.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists with report generation, maintenance and distribution.
  • Assists one or more functional areas within human resources working closely with field human resources team.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Some college or associate’s degree preferred

Experience:

3+ year HR experience in one or more HR disciplines preferred.
