Job description
Lead and execute the digital channel growth strategy through acquisition channels (paid, earned, and owned) in order to acquire, activate, and retain customers, maximizing results and minimizing acquisition costs. Support the implementation of tracking, measuring, and optimizing digital campaigns through paid media, email marketing, and organic channels like social media and SEO.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Accompany the acquisition strategy through digital channels (owned, paid, and earned).
2. Plan the paid media strategy to achieve acquisition objectives in both performance and conversions (leads and purchases).
3. Create digital content campaigns for owned, earned, and paid channels.
4. Monitor the optimization and management of advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, among others.
5. Research market behavior in the digital ecosystem to feed the digital strategy in paid media: keywords, audience segmentation, competitor analysis.
6. Support interaction and liaison with the brand and PR area.
7. Implement remarketing and personalization practices to improve the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
8. Analyze campaign performance and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and strategy adjustments.
9. Work as a team in the elaboration of effective and creative ads in relation to the public and market.
10. Monitor the end-to-end lead acquisition process, always seeking efficiencies in the process and with related areas.
11. Control and responsibly use investment budgets for media buying, always seeking profitability and maximization.
12. Keep track of paid media investment spending.
13. Stay updated on trends and changes in digital advertising platforms.
14. Collaborate with the Digital and Go To Market team on the Full Funnel acquisition and loyalty strategy.
15. Implementation of tags, UTMs, pixels for action measurement.
16. Interpret business needs into technical requirements.
17. Support in the design of hypotheses and conception of A/B test experiments and results.
18. Documentation of processes related to your position.
What are we looking for?
Education: Professional in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related careers.
Experience: Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns and optimizing performance and full-funnel strategies.
Required technical knowledge:
Languages: English B1 or higher
