We are seeking a People-focused Recruiting & People Coordinator to support our growing team. This role serves as a primary candidate touchpoint, ensuring a smooth, thoughtful, and delightful experience. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People team to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, support onboarding, and handle HR processes, keeping people operations running seamlessly. Ideal for someone with a service-oriented mentality, strong organizational skills, and a genuine enjoyment of connecting with people.
Must Have
- Coordinate the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics.
- Be a friendly, professional, and reliable point of contact for candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems and applicant tracking tools.
- Help new hires feel welcome by supporting onboarding and managing the onboarding calendar.
- Complete employee verifications and maintain employee files.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a related administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
Good to Have
- Prior experience with Greenhouse and Rippling.
- A people-first mindset and genuine interest in creating positive experiences for candidates and employees.

About the role
We’re looking for a people-focused Recruiting & People Coordinator to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll be one of the first touch points for candidates, setting the tone for their experience with us. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People team to make sure every interaction feels smooth, thoughtful, and delightful. What you'll do

- 20 minute phone screen to talk through your background and interest in Thatch
- 30 minute Zoom meeting with the hiring manager to dive deeper into your experience and the role
- 30 minute Zoom meeting to meet 2-3 members of the team
- 30 minute Zoom meeting with the hiring manager to work through a live case study
- 30 minute Zoom meeting with our founders to discuss your approach to culture and our operating principles
