As Team Lead - HR Operations, you will play a fundamental role in supervising and optimizing the operations of shared HR services. Reporting to the HR Operations Shared Services Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated HR coordinators responsible for managing daily operational HR processes. Your expertise in team and process management will be crucial to ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations within the organization.

As Team Lead - HR Operations, you will play a fundamental role in supervising and optimizing the operations of shared human resources services. Reporting to the HR Operations Shared Services Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated HR coordinators responsible for managing daily operational HR processes. Your expertise in team and process management will be crucial to ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations within the organization.

What you will do

Team Management:

  • Lead and supervise the shared services operations team, ensuring a high level of service and productivity.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to effectively support internal clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish clear goals and expectations, providing regular follow-up and support to foster professional development.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization:

  • Evaluate existing HR operational processes and implement process improvement initiatives within the team to increase operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Streamline workflows to optimize service quality and ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices.

Integration of New Processes:

  • Collaborate with shared services managers and cross-functional HR teams to seamlessly integrate new processes into HR operations.
  • Contribute to the development of deployment plans and timelines for new processes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to daily operations.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of human resources service quality.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Use HR data and metrics to evaluate team performance.
  • Report on team activities and key performance indicators.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Proactively address any concerns or questions raised by stakeholders to ensure a positive and transparent experience within the HR team.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels to ensure transparency and alignment.

Change Management:

  • Lead change management initiatives related to process improvement and the introduction of new HR operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team and stakeholders to facilitate successful deployment of changes.
