Job Description & Summary

Tax Compliance within the Connected Tax Solutions team is part of an 80-person team. We deal with tax reporting, tax advisory, and tax function support. Within a broad catalog of services through which we support our clients (including the preparation of tax calculations and verification of the correctness of settlements conducted by clients), we conduct a number of unique projects related to our clients' compliance with their tax obligations in terms of tax processes. We provide comprehensive support to our clients in the area of tax function, implementation projects, transformation projects, preparation of tax documentation, and management of such projects in Poland and abroad, for the private and public sectors.

We are looking for:

Consultant

Your future role:

• analyzing tax functions and processes to identify areas of inefficiency, automation opportunities, and other improvements,
• actively supporting clients in implementing identified improvements in tax processes and functions. This includes consulting, training, and assistance in implementing new solutions, as well as preparing documentation supporting implementations and transformation,
• creating comprehensive tax documentation, including process maps and cards, RACI matrices, tax procedures, tax risk matrices, tax strategies, or tax policies,
• general support in project management, including effective communication with stakeholders, task organization, project documentation management, and other administrative activities necessary for the smooth running of the project.

Apply if you:

• can think analytically and work well in an MS Office environment, feel comfortable working dynamically and organize your work time well,
• can independently research available information on an assigned topic,
• work efficiently on several projects simultaneously,
• can work both independently and as part of a team,
• are proficient in English at a minimum B2 level, allowing for free communication with clients and document preparation,
• have the ability to use AI tools.
