Bounteous is seeking a Consultant, Workfront Solutions, to join our growing Adobe Workfront practice within the Digital Experience Platforms team. This consultative role combines deep platform expertise with strong client-facing skills, focusing on discovery, solution design, and architecture across enterprise Workfront implementations.
As a Workfront professional, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, analyzing requirements, designing workflows, defining governance structures, and leading Workfront solution strategy. You will collaborate closely with configuration specialists, developers, and architects to deliver scalable, high-performing, and business-aligned solutions that empower our clients to operate more efficiently and effectively.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Consulting
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clients to understand business needs, processes, and desired outcomes.
- Architect end-to-end Workfront solutions, including structure, workflows, automations, and reporting frameworks.
- Translate complex business processes into scalable system designs and configuration specifications.
- Advise clients on Workfront governance, adoption strategies, and best practices for enterprise-level implementations.
- Assess existing Workfront solutions to deliver clear, actionable recommendations for improving the user experience and optimizing the system.
- Actively contribute to the configuration and administration of Workfront for client engagements.
Client Engagement & Leadership
- Act as the primary Workfront consultant and strategic point of contact for assigned projects.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from solution design to delivery.
- Present recommendations, lead working sessions, and articulate platform capabilities to both technical and business audiences.
- Provide leadership to the configuration and implementation team members.
Platform Expertise & Innovation
- Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion capabilities and roadmap.
- Collaborate with platform partners and internal architects to evaluate new features and optimize client use cases.
- Contribute to the development of standardized delivery assets, templates, and accelerators to enhance project efficiency.
Quality & Governance
- Ensure proposed Workfront architectures and workflows meet business, data integrity, and governance standards.
- Support quality assurance reviews for configurations, integrations, and performance optimization.
- Advocate for continuous improvement through analytics and user feedback.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience implementing and consulting on Adobe Workfront solutions, including solution architecture, governance, and delivery.
- Proven ability to lead client workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into platform designs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise project management, marketing operations, and/or creative workflow management.
- Familiarity with Workfront Fusion, APIs, or integration approaches preferred.
- Excellent consultative and communication skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Adobe Workfront Core Developer or Architect certification preferred.
- Experience working in or with digital agencies or global consultancies is a plus.
