Job Summary
Bounteous is a digital transformation consultancy seeking a Senior Director, Client Service for Financial Services. This role involves owning and growing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, serving as a senior relationship lead with C-suite stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through client engagement and new opportunities. The director will partner with pre-sales, collaborate with global sales teams, and provide strategic guidance to clients navigating complex transformation agendas, contributing to the overall growth strategy for the Financial Services business.
Must Have
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts totaling approximately $5 to 10 MM USD in annual revenue
- Serve as the senior relationship lead across key client stakeholders, focusing on CIO, CTO, CDO, and other C-suite leaders
- Drive revenue growth through consistent on-site client engagement, proactively identifying and securing new opportunities
- Partner with practices in pre-sales efforts, shaping tailored solutions and co-developing proposals
- Expand Bounteous’ presence across client organizations by cultivating deep, trust-based relationships
- Leverage industry expertise and business acumen to align client objectives with full breadth of capabilities
- Provide strategic guidance to clients navigating complex transformation agendas
- Serve as a visible leader and advocate for the Financial Services business, contributing to go-to-market planning and overall growth strategy
- 12+ years of experience growing strategic accounts in digital marketing, digital transformation, and product engineering
- 10+ years of leading and developing individuals in the growth of strategic clients
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the U.S. financial sector with an emphasis on driving results and solving experience and engineering challenges at fintech organizations
- Hands-on experience supporting or leading pre-sales activities, building and executing growth strategy for clients, and collaborating across practices and global sales teams
- Highly adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a proven ability to navigate shifting priorities
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, storytelling, and commercial skills
- Consultative selling mindset
- Capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Experience operating within matrixed organizations and global delivery models

Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Role & Responsabilities

- Partner with practices in pre-sales efforts, shaping tailored solutions and co-developing proposals that address client needs
- Partner with pre-sales to package value propositions into outreach campaigns to drive new client acquisition
- Collaborate with global sales teams to drive regional growth of existing accounts
- Expand Bounteous’ presence across client organizations by cultivating deep, trust-based relationships and uncovering new areas for value creation
- Leverage your industry expertise and business acumen to align client objectives with the full breadth of our capabilities
- Provide strategic guidance to clients navigating complex transformation agendas, establishing our team as a long-term advisor and delivery partner
- Serve as a visible leader and advocate for the Financial Services business, contributing to go-to-market planning and overall growth strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience growing strategic accounts in digital marketing, digital transformation, and product engineering; 10+ in consulting
- 10+ years of leading and developing individuals in the growth of strategic clients
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the U.S. financial sector with an emphasis on driving results and solving experience and engineering challenges at fintech organizations, either client-side or as a trusted advisor
- Hands-on experience supporting or leading pre-sales activities, building and executing growth strategy for clients, and collaborating across practices and global sales teams
- Highly adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a proven ability to navigate shifting priorities in pursuit of bold growth objectives
- A strong executive presence with excellent communication, storytelling, and commercial skills; a consultative selling mindset; capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Experience operating within matrixed organizations and global delivery models
- MBA or prior management consulting experience a plus
Individual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs. The mid-range to maximum of the salary range is generally reserved for individuals who are highly experienced in the role.
