As an Associate Manager - Corporate Development, you will support strategic initiatives across fundraising, financial modelling, investor relations, and inorganic growth opportunities, working closely with senior leadership, finance, and strategy teams.
Must Have
- Build and maintain detailed financial models including business plans, valuations, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Assist in debt and/or equity fundraising by preparing pitch decks, information memorandums, data rooms, and investor materials.
- Support ongoing investor communication, performance updates, MIS reporting, and responses to investor queries.
- Assist with target screening, preliminary evaluation, due diligence coordination, and transaction support.
- Conduct industry analysis, competitive benchmarking, and strategic research to support leadership decision-making.
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Business teams on corporate development priorities.
- 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Consulting, or Strategy.
- MBA (Finance / Strategy) or CA qualification.
- Strong understanding of financial modelling and valuation concepts.
- Exposure to fundraising processes (debt and/or equity).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Clear communicator with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in Investment Banking (IB).
- Start-up experience, especially in high-growth or fundraising environments.
- Exposure to M&A transactions or strategic investments.

The Role: Associate Manager - Corporate Development
As a Associate Manager - Corporate Development professional, you will support strategic initiatives across fundraising, financial modelling, investor relations, and inorganic growth opportunities. You will work closely with senior leadership, finance, and strategy teams, gaining hands-on exposure to capital markets and corporate strategy.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is analytically strong, commercially curious, and eager to learn.
What You’ll Own
- Financial Modelling: Build and maintain detailed financial models including business plans, valuations, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Fundraising Support: Assist in debt and/or equity fundraising by preparing pitch decks, information memorandums, data rooms, and investor materials.

- Market & Industry Research: Conduct industry analysis, competitive benchmarking, and strategic research to support leadership decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Business teams on corporate development priorities.
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Consulting, or Strategy.
