Develop and execute the Go-To-Market approach for assigned portfolio / categories in alignment with the Markets’ Business and overall Marketing strategy. Orchestrates the Marketing Plan & Strategy process and secures all targets. Being part of Marketing Team in Turkiye, collaborates with Sales, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, Digital Marketing, Finance, Operations making sure that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs. This role offers real and diverse business management experience with the possibility to influence the future roadmap of the category in the META region.
Must have:
  • Define and implement category marketing strategy and activity plans including strategic planning, P&Ls, NPIs and roadmaps.
  • Orchestrate the Marketing Plan & Strategy process and secure all targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, Digital Marketing, Finance, Operations to ensure business performance.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing roles.
  • Strong analytical approach, strong ownership.
  • Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the market, cross business/function.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Native Turkish speaking proficiency.
  • Business professional level English.

Your role:

• Defines and implements the category marketing strategy and activity plans including strategic planning, P&Ls, NPIs and roadmaps. Orchestrates the Marketing Plan & Strategy process and secures all targets

• Being part of Marketing Team in Turkiye, collaborates with Sales, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, Digital Marketing, Finance, Operations making sure that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs.

• Real and diverse business management experience with possibility to influence the future roadmap of the category in the META region. Hybrid working opportunity (means working in-person at least 3 days per week)

You're the right fit if you have:

1. Minimum 7 years of experience preferably in FMCG marketing roles.

2. Strong analytical approach, strong ownership, ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the market, cross business /function.

3. Bachelor’s degree,

4. Turkish as native speaking proficiency and English as business professional level.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role.
