Job Description

The job involves calling insurance companies in the United States to analyze claims and follow up on outstanding Account Receivables. The responsibilities include capturing denials, appealing to insurance companies for pending claims, and having end-to-end knowledge of the revenue cycle management process. The role also requires handling customer issues, managing escalation calls, and coordinating with different functions and case management.
Must Have:
  • Experience in international BPO, specifically in a Voice process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills in English.
