- Responsible for calling insurance companies in US to analyze the claims and follow up on outstanding Account Receivable
- Capable to capturing denials
- Appeal to insurances for pending claims
- End to End knowledge of revenue cycle management process
- Handle customer issues, escalation calls and coordinate with different functions, case management
- Experience in international BPO specifically in a Voice process
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English
