Job Summary

Ruby Seven Studios is seeking a Content Manager – Growth to create high-impact content for social-casino entertainment. This role involves driving performance KPIs like Hook Rate, CTR, CVR, and revenue growth through content creation, A/B testing, and data analysis. The manager will research player psychology, build content repositories, and collaborate with UA, ASO, and Live-Ops teams to optimize campaigns and write compelling copy for various platforms, requiring 2-5 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.

Must Have

  • Create content that drives performance KPIs (Hook Rate, CTR, CVR, IPM, Engagement, Revenue Growth).
  • Build and maintain a high-impact repository of video hook ideas, ad scripts, test hypotheses, and ad copies.
  • Research player psychology, trends, and competitor creativity.
  • Break down creative performance across the user funnel.
  • Translate funnel insights into stronger creative hypotheses and better-performing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with UA, ASO, and Live-Ops on constant A/B testing.
  • Write compelling scripts, social posts, App Store copy, and LiveOps messaging.
  • Align content calendars with product releases, seasonal moments, and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with designers and editors to ship high-quality creative (images and videos), at speed.
  • 2–5 years in content creation or digital marketing.
  • A hacker mindset (create, test, learn, evolve, shortcuts).
  • Strong storytelling instincts.
  • Curiosity toward data, analytics dashboards, and audience insights.
  • A portfolio showing sharp thinking.
  • Comfort in fast-changing environments where speed and quality both matter.
  • Positive approach (come with questions and later with solutions, never problems).

  • Create content that drives performance KPIs: Hook Rate, CTR, CVR, IPM, Engagement, and Revenue Growth.
  • Build and maintain a high-impact repository of video hook ideas, ad scripts, test hypotheses, and ad copies for rapid testing and scaling.
  • Research player psychology, trends, and competitor creativity to fuel smarter campaigns.
  • Break down creative performance across the user funnel — from impression to page views to installs to the FTUE till purchase and beyond.
  • Translate funnel insights into stronger creative hypotheses and better-performing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with UA, ASO, and Live-Ops on constant A/B testing — learn, iterate, and double down on winners.
  • Write compelling scripts, social posts, App Store copy, and LiveOps messaging that resonate instantly with players.
  • Align content calendars with product releases, seasonal moments, and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with designers and editors to ship high-quality creative(images and videos), at speed.

What You Bring:

  • 2–5 years in content creation or digital marketing— preferably gaming
  • A hacker mindset: you create, test, learn, evolve and also know your shortcuts
  • Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to get to the point fast and clearly.
  • Curiosity toward data, analytics dashboards, and audience insights.
  • A portfolio showing sharp thinking — performance wins are a huge plus.
