Must Have

- Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal).

Content Specialist
Adyen is looking for a strategic, organized and collaborative Content Specialist. This role will work from our São Paulo office and report directly to the LATAM Creative Team Lead.
The content manager role is focused on the day-to-day creation, execution, and optimization of Adyen's content marketing plan. They have strong project management skills, and the ability to stick to timelines and drive projects forward. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, project management, and editorial skills.
The ideal candidate is experienced in project management and has a strong understanding of content marketing.
What you’ll do:
- Write copy for both short-form and long-form formats (e.g., blogs, reports, events, ad copy, landing pages, scripts).
- Lead on content planning for the region, defining a calendar of content initiatives that meet business, marketing and brand goals, collaborating with the LATAM Marketing team to implement the content calendar and source high-quality content aligned with Adyen's brand voice and target audience.
- Develop and implement content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement across relevant channels and target audiences.
- Manage external writing resources, ensuring adherence to product standards and brand consistency while upholding quality and voice.
- Analyze data to measure the success of content and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with local and global teams, including country marketing managers, content marketing, designers, product marketing managers, commercial teams, sales, and agencies, to produce compelling and relevant content and marketing materials.
Who you are:
- You have 5+ years of experience with content marketing/content production.
- You are a storyteller: curious and keen to discern the motivations, behaviors, and preferences of our audiences, with an impeccable eye for detail and the ability to approach tasks with a journalistic attitude to find the angles and stories that matter.
- You have a good understanding of what it means to write for digital channels: blending user experience and channel best practices, and how they fit into the bigger picture of content marketing.
- You have the ability to self-start, stick to deadlines, and drive projects forward – while being open and comfortable to iteration and feedback.
- You have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.
