Electronic Arts is seeking a Content Specialist to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive business planning within the Office of the CXO. The role involves supporting and implementing in-game media, sponsorships, and partnerships across EA's game portfolio. You will collaborate with sales, studio, development, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of partner campaigns and identify solutions for brand integrations. Key responsibilities include coordinating sponsorship integration across various platforms, supporting post-sales advertising efforts, managing campaign timelines and assets, tracking campaign performance, capturing in-game content, and communicating updates to stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing and ad operations.
Must have:
  • 3+ years experience in account management, brand partnerships, advertising, or ad operations.
  • Hands-on experience in media planning, digital campaign execution, or trafficking.
  • Expertise in third-party creative tagging and debugging.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel for data analysis.
  • Understanding of ad serving platforms and digital metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
Good to have:
  • Enthusiasm for sports and gaming, especially FIFA, NFL, NHL, and NCAA.
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager or Campaign Manager 360.
  • Familiarity with clickTag implementation and tracking pixels.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, in-game advertising, or sponsorships.

As part of EA's Advertising & Sponsorships Media team, you will support and implement in-game media, sponsorships, and partnerships across our portfolio of games. You will report to the Content Manager, and work cross-functionally with sales, studio, development, and operational teams, ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of partner campaigns. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple internal partners to identify solutions for brand integrations that drive new business growth and align with our franchise goals. This is a hybrid remote/in-office, based in Redwood City, California. Key Responsibilities Sponsorship Integration: Coordinate and support brand campaigns across EA's studio portfolio (Madden, College Football, NHL, UFC) on mobile, PC, and console gaming platforms. Ad Operations & Partner Support: Support post-sales advertising efforts by working with Sales, Ad Tech, and Game Teams to help deliver campaigns that meet client goals. Campaign and Creative Management: Manage multiple campaigns and timelines. Oversee asset delivery and ensure all creative meets technical specifications and requirements. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track key campaign metrics (e.g., impressions, engagement, sentiment), prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements. Content Capture & Wrap-Up: Provide in-game screenshots and video captures; assist the sales team with post-campaign wrap-up decks. Communication & Coordination: Keep all parties informed throughout each stage of the campaign, flag issues, and share updates and post-campaign insights. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in account management, brand partnerships, advertising, ad operations, or related fields. Hands-on experience in media planning, digital campaign execution, trafficking, or media operations across mobile, video, and/or programmatic channels. Proven expertise in third-party creative tagging, debugging with Charles Proxy, working knowledge of Google Ad Manager and/or Campaign Manager 360, and hands-on experience with clickTag implementation, 1x1 tracking pixels, and QA using browser developer tools. Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis. Understanding of ad serving platforms, DSPs/SSPs, and digital metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC). Familiar with CRM or project management tools for tracking progress, tasks, and workflows. Skills Industry Knowledge: Enthusiasm for sports and gaming, especially FIFA, NFL, NHL, and NCAA. Organization, Project, & Time Management: Experienced at prioritizing tasks and managing time while balancing multiple sales opportunities. Relationship Management: Comfortable building and maintaining relationships with partners and collaborators. Marketing & Media Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, in-game advertising, or sponsorships is advantageous. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES * California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento) * $82,500 - $122,900 USD In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
