Job Summary

We are seeking a Content Writer with experience in IT services and software development. Responsibilities include creating high-quality content for websites, blogs, white papers, case studies, and marketing collateral. You will translate technical concepts into engaging copy, work with subject matter experts and various teams, and publish content using CMS tools like WordPress or Wix. Optimization for SEO and user experience is crucial. The role involves conducting market research, keyword planning, and competitor benchmarking using tools such as SEMrush or Moz. You will also create content for email campaigns, social media, and ad copy for B2B and B2C audiences across various sectors. Experience with content management systems, Google Analytics, and SEO tools is required.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality, engaging content focused on IT services, software development, and digital transformation
  • Write and edit website content, blog posts, white papers, case studies, marketing collateral, and long-form content (e.g., eBooks, whitepapers, thought leadership)
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, engaging copy by collaborating with SMEs, design, dev, and marketing teams
  • Publish and manage content using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix) and optimize content based on SEO principles
  • Create content for email campaigns, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), display/search ads, and promotional material
  • Conduct market research, keyword planning, and competitor benchmarking using tools like SEMrush, Moz, Surfer SEO, or Google Analytics
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and is optimized for readability, SEO, and user experience
  • Create and manage editorial calendars, social media calendars, and campaign content workflows
  • Write compelling ad copy (Google, Meta), technical articles, and press releases for B2B and B2C audiences across various sectors (IT, FinTech, MarTech, HRTech, Logistics, Healthcare)

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of content writing experience, preferably in an MNC or agency setting
  • Proven experience in writing SEO-optimized, non-AI-generated content for websites, blogs, and technical documentation
  • Strong understanding of IT, software development, cloud services, and enterprise tech landscape
  • Experience with B2B & B2C content creation across domains like FinTech, HRTech, MarTech, SaaS, and e-learning
  • Hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress, Wix), Google Analytics, Search Console, Jira, Grammarly, and tools like Copyleaks, Accuranker
  • Familiarity with content publishing, script/storyboard writing, infographic structuring, and campaign management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced or startup environments
