The Contracts Administration Specialist is responsible for accurately tracking, monitoring, and fulfilling all contractual obligations in accordance with legal and commercial requirements. This role collaborates with legal, commercial operations, finance, and project teams to ensure correct contract execution, obligation fulfillment, and proactive risk management. The specialist will focus on contract governance, compliance monitoring, and performance tracking for agreements with customers, subcontractors, and partners, primarily within the telecom sector.
Must have:

The Contracts Administration Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all contractual obligations within the organization are accurately tracked, monitored, and fulfilled in accordance with legal and commercial requirements. This role works closely with the legal team, commercial operations, finance, and project teams to ensure that contracts are executed correctly, obligations are met, and risks are proactively managed.

Operating within the Customer Delivery Unit, this role focuses on contract governance, compliance monitoring, and performance tracking across agreements with customers (primarily major telecom providers), subcontractors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Obligation Tracking – Maintain a structured system to track all contractual commitments, service level agreements (SLAs), key milestones, and financial obligations, ensuring full compliance with agreed terms.
  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation – Work closely with the legal team to ensure contracts comply with industry regulations, internal policies, and risk frameworks, identifying and escalating potential risks where necessary.
  • Stakeholder Coordination – Act as the liaison between legal, commercial, and operational teams to ensure obligations, deliverables, and timelines are clearly understood and met.
  • Performance Monitoring – Implement and manage a tracking system for contract performance, ensuring that all parties meet their obligations and contractual issues are flagged early for resolution.
  • Contract Review & Administration – Support the legal team in contract drafting, amendments, and renewals, ensuring accurate documentation and version control.
  • Audit & Reporting – Maintain applicable documentation, generate regular status and performance reports for senior management, highlighting potential risks or deviations from contractual obligations.
  • Process Improvement – Enhance contract enforcement processes to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Dispute Resolution Support – Assist the legal and commercial teams in resolving contractual disputes, claims, and compliance issues by providing data-driven insights and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in contract administration, compliance tracking, or commercial contract management within the telecoms or technology services sector.
  • Strong understanding of contract structure, telecom industry standards, and risk management.
  • Experience working alongside legal teams in ensuring contract governance and compliance.
  • Experience working in multi-cultural environments.
  • Proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting software.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to track and manage multiple high-value contracts and simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify risks or deviations from contractual commitments.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to coordinate between legal, commercial, and operational teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing contracts with major telecom operators, service providers, and subcontractors.
  • Familiarity with telecom industry standards and professional services contracts.
  • Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs), managed service contracts, and vendor compliance tracking.
