Job Details

We are seeking a Digital Operations Manager to support content executions on our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform and other digital content platforms.  As a Digital Operations Manager, you will ensure that our web and app content is managed and published seamlessly. You will work closely with project managers, localization teams, and other stakeholders to deliver content accurately and efficiently across our platforms.

This role reports to the Principal Channel Content Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

  • Create workback schedules on web activations and PSS Platform marketing support based on development roadmaps and go to market campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on content status, risks, and progress.
  • Manage project requests from initiation to completion, ensuring all tasks are tracked, executed, and delivered on time and within scope.

Localization

  • Coordinate with localization teams to ensure integrated translated content is delivered into the AEM platform.
  • Manage the integrated translation process to ensure timely delivery of localized content.

Content Publishing

  • Publish web content on AEM, including new pages and content updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for SEO.
  • Create metadata and alt tags.
  • Implement content updates and ensure they are reflected across all AEM sites.

Asset Management

  • Handle asset management within the AEM Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for web publication.
  • Ensure all digital assets are organized, optimized, include meta data, and accessible for use across the AEM platform.
  • Coordinate production of marketing content for PSS Platform support in partnership with Publishing Operations and other stakeholders.

Vendor Management

  • Work with external dev agencies on bug remediation, new features, and other support as needed
  • Collaborate with Adobe account reps on training, support issues, event support & scheduling
  • Work with SIE on accessibility, security scans, and website compliance questionnaires
  • Work with vendors on contract renewals

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 3-5 years experience in web publishing or content management.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content authoring and publishing.
  • Strong project management skills with sensitivity to deadline-driven workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with varied disciplines and external partners.
  • Attention to detail
  • High degree of organization and ability to pivot when needed.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Experience working with localization and translation processes.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and web content optimization.
Listed below is this role's base pay range within the greater Seattle area. In other locations approved for remote work by Bungie and our external resource vendors, this pay range may be adjusted to the local market and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly), 

This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Additionally, it is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Bellevue Pay Range
$124,000$149,000 USD
