Job Description

The Contract Marathon Marketing Manager collaborates with marketing leadership on global campaign planning and execution. This role involves working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure efficient execution across publishing teams. Responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, documenting marketing plans, gathering product information, supporting seasonal marketing plan creation, identifying risks and bottlenecks, and communicating issues to leads. The ideal candidate possesses superior organizational, communication, and analytical skills, along with project management experience. Experience with Extraction and PvP shooters is a must. The role requires handling multiple changing priorities in a dynamic environment and effective problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Job Details

In this role you will collaborate with marketing leadership on campaign planning and execution – You will be working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to drive collaboration and planning across publishing teams. You are highly organized with an ability to juggle and prioritize a multitude of projects. You are creative and passionate about marketing and have a desire to help improve process. You are well versed in pivoting business priorities quickly and driving clarity in complex situations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to drive execution of global marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders and channel leads to ensure plans are efficiently executed
  • Document and communicate key marketing plans and decisions
  • Gather product information, maintain centralized reference materials for wider team, and address channel lead’s questions as they arise
  • Support the creation of seasonal marketing plans in partnership with marketing/publishing leads and dev team stakeholders
  • Identify weaknesses, bottlenecks, risks, and escalate as necessary
  • Ensure proper and timely communication of relevant issues to marketing leads
  • Organize and collate feedback from multiple parties and determine what is necessary to drive project goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience with Extraction Shooters and PvP Shooters
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in marketing and Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Superior organization, communication, and analytical skills
  • Project management skills, with sensitivity to time and deadline driven workflow
  • Collaborative, team-oriented work style
  • Must be able to handle a variety of multiple changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to solve problems and communicate solutions effectively
  • Experience in stakeholder management across multiple disciplines
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Passion for video games and the gaming industry
  • Familiarity with project management software (Asana and Confluence)
  • Social Media expertise and management
Listed below is this role's base pay range within the greater Seattle area. In other locations approved for remote work by Bungie and our external resource vendors, this pay range may be adjusted to the local market and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly), 

This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Additionally, it is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Bellevue Pay Range
$102,000$121,000 USD
