Iron Mountain is seeking a Contracts Analyst to support the Sales team by managing the contract process from request to finalization. This role ensures efficient and timely processing of agreements, allowing the Sales team to focus on core activities. The analyst will provide standard contracts, assist with document preparation, maintain files, route for approvals, and respond to basic inquiries.
Must have:
  • Provide standard contracts to the Sales team following established templates and guidelines
  • Assist with preparing and reviewing routine contractual documents and statements of work
  • Maintain and organize contract files, records, and databases
  • Route contracts for necessary internal reviews and approvals from various departments
  • Respond to basic inquiries regarding contract status, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Experience in contracts administration or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent writing, editing, and proofing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal teams
  • Fluency in English is mandatory

The Role

We're looking for a Contracts Analyst to join our team and provide essential support to our Sales team. In this role, you will be a key player in the contract process, from the initial request to finalization. You'll help us elevate our contractual support by ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely processing of agreements, freeing up the Sales team to focus on what they do best.
