This role is for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive within Salesforce's Enterprise Business team, focusing on strategic accounts with 1,500+ employees in Finland. The successful candidate will drive business transformation through Salesforce's Customer 360 platform, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers. Responsibilities include developing long-term account strategies, coordinating internal resources, performing account planning, and driving growth within assigned accounts by articulating Salesforce's value proposition.

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly successful team of seasoned Enterprise Account Executives working with the company’s Top Accounts. Salesforce is looking for hardworking, high EQ and passionate individuals who can effectively articulate how & why our solutions can help transform Customers’ business and exceed their goals.

Your Day-to-Day

Our Enterprise Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and c-suite decision makers within their patch, and become naturals at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.

You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through existing customers, warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
  • Drive growth within an existing assigned account

Preferred Qualifications

  • Approx 10+ years of full-cycle SaaS/SW sales experience
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team
  • Preferred experience with working with Services Industries

  • Successfully run complex SaaS sales deals: Ability to develop sophisticated deal structures and commercial proposals for large deals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead internal stakeholders in a client team
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills are essential
  • Strong influencing capabilities; must be a self-starter, high-energy
  • Strong appetite to work in a strategic selling environment.
  • Fluent in English and Finnish + Right to work in Finland
  • Ability to work with a hybrid agreement being at the office 3 days a week
