At Salesforce Japan, we are looking for a creative and highly communicative professional Growth Marketing Senior Specialist/Manager (SME Segment) who can challenge the planning and execution of marketing strategies for new customer acquisition, enhance engagement with customers, and lead marketing activities with high business impact.

The SMB Segment Growth Marketing Senior Specialist/Manager will belong to the Demand Generation Group within the Marketing Division. Based on the company's vision, sales and deal amount targets, business needs and challenges related to marketing products, and the latest trends, this role will communicate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Success, Alliance, Solution Engineering teams, etc.). They will plan creative and comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for new customer acquisition in the SMB segment, execute campaign management (budget, schedule, resources, stakeholder communication, PDCA), and contribute to achieving targets.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Planning strategies and activity plans for acquiring new leads and creating opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, creating content and implementation plans for company-hosted seminars, hands-on sessions, webinars, and other company-hosted or co-hosted events, as well as external events hosted or sponsored by exhibition organizers and media outlets, and arranging necessary resources for seminars and events.
  • Producing content to be used in campaign measures and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders and production companies.
  • Various operational tasks (quote ordering, budget management, data analysis, website text creation, etc.).

In addition, you will propose innovative approaches that are not bound by traditional methods and challenge various marketing initiatives.

Through the above activities, you will repeatedly identify and solve challenges related to activities, and acquire experience related to overall demand generation (content, effectiveness measurement analysis, operational tasks).

Required Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years of marketing or sales experience in SaaS/IT products.
  • Highly flexible, able to act quickly, and challenge to achieve performance beyond expectations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to challenge new fields, flexible thinking, and able to demonstrate leadership while involving stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who can proactively learn new things and is interested in cloud services and technology.
  • Educational background: University graduate or higher, TOEIC score of 700 or higher.
