Job Description
As a Creative Design Lead at SAFE Security, you will lead and inspire a high-performing design team. You will translate technical concepts into clean, captivating designs and leverage AI in design workflows. Responsibilities include creating animated explainers and collaborating across teams to build scalable design systems. This role offers the chance to own the creative direction of a global brand and work at the intersection of cybersecurity, AI, and design.
Must Have:
- 8+ years of design experience, including 2+ in leadership.
- Portfolio showcasing storytelling through design.
- Mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects.
- Experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney and Firefly.
- Understanding of design trends and the ability to create them.
- Ability to simplify complexity into visuals.

💥 Bring Visuals to Life – Add motion and interactivity to our visual universe—think animated explainers, kinetic decks, dynamic web assets.
🤝 Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with marketing, product, and data science to shape visuals that drive real business impact.
🧩 Build Systems That Scale – Establish smart, flexible design systems that keep our global brand sharp and consistent.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of hands-on design experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- A portfolio that proves your superpower: storytelling through design
- Mastery of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Lottie, etc.
- Experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Figma AI—yes, we want that)
