Who are we looking for?

We’re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our in-house ads creation and collaborate with various talents and agencies.


What will you do?


Creative Leadership

  • Oversee the creation of compelling ads ensuring they align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Guide the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality and impactful content.


Project Management

  • Manage the end-to-end production of visual marketing materials, including but not limited to ads, user-generated content, video sales letters, and other direct response formats.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including but not limited to designers, copywriters, and video editors, to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.


Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with different talents, such as influencers, content creators, and actors to produce authentic and engaging content.
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure seamless integration of outsourced creative work with in-house initiatives.


Quality Control:

  • Review visual creative materials, ensuring they meet brand standards and campaign objectives.


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the health & wellness e-commerce direct-to-consumer market industry
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong team management skills
  • Previous experience as a Creative Director or similar role
  • Proven experience in Meta and YouTube ads
