About You
As our Field Marketer, you are a future marketing leader for Gather AI. We believe the most impactful marketing happens on the ground, creating authentic connections with customers. This isn't a traditional events role; it's a strategic position designed to pioneer how we go to market. You will be the engine of our regional growth, connecting our groundbreaking AI technology with the people who need it most. We’re looking for a passionate B2B marketer who's genuinely curious about artificial intelligence: how to market it, and how to use it to build a modern marketing engine. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the experiences that build our brand and generate measurable pipeline.

You are customer-obsessed, diving deep to understand prospect challenges and motivations so every campaign truly resonates. You thrive in a fast-paced, Series B startup environment, see sales as your primary partner, and are driven by tracking your impact. What You'll Do
- Pioneer a Customer-Obsessed Field Strategy: Go beyond execution to develop and own the field marketing strategy for your region. It will be rooted in a deep understanding of our prospects' needs and will lay the foundation for our future marketing organization.
- Own the Event Playbook: Manage our presence at national trade shows, regional field events, executive roundtables, and webinars from start to finish. You'll ensure every touchpoint is valuable and relevant for attendees.
- Leverage AI in Marketing: Experiment with and implement AI tools to make campaigns more effective, deliver personalized outreach, and improve reporting efficiency.
- Drive & Own Pipeline: Own the pipeline goals for your programs. You will track and report on event ROI, MQLs, and influenced opportunities using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Lead Sales Collaboration: Act as the primary strategic marketing partner for a regional sales team, identifying opportunities, enabling their success, and ensuring tight follow-up on all marketing activity.
- Be the Voice of the Field: Serve as the voice of the customer and prospect, working closely with product marketing and content to ensure our messaging is always on point.
What You'll Need
- A Passion for AI and Technology: A genuine curiosity and excitement for artificial intelligence, both as a technology to market and as a tool to leverage for smarter marketing.
- Leadership Ambition: An entrepreneurial spirit with a clear desire to grow beyond an individual contributor role and help build a world-class marketing team.
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS, enterprise software, or technology company.
- Proven experience in a field marketing or demand generation role with a track record of successful end-to-end event execution.
- Demonstrable experience working directly with sales teams to support territory goals and drive joint success.
- A strong understanding of the marketing funnel and how to track and report on campaign performance and its impact on the sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in using CRM and Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce and HubSpot preferred) to manage leads and report on campaigns.
Bonus points for...
- Experience in the supply chain, logistics, warehousing, AI, or robotics industry.
- Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics and programs.
- Startup experience and a passion for working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
