Job Description

Lead, mentor, and inspire the User Acquisition team, defining and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies across various channels. Manage budgets, oversee campaign performance, and collaborate with creative and product teams to identify growth opportunities. Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to growth forecasting and strategic planning.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in paid social media and/or user acquisition (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Experience working with children’s or family-oriented games or apps
  • Knowledge of ASO, monetization, and product performance metrics
Must Have:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the User Acquisition team (UA Managers, ASO Specialists)
  • Define and execute data-driven user acquisition and digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity, ironSource, AppLovin, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize user acquisition budgets efficiently to meet company KPIs
  • Oversee campaign performance, creative testing, and reporting to ensure continuous improvement and growth
  • Partner with the Creative and Product teams to identify new growth opportunities and improve ad performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UA tools, trends, and best practices in the mobile gaming industry
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on growth forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning
  • Have 3+ years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth (preferably in mobile gaming)
  • Be comfortable with analyzing data and providing clear insight
  • Have experience managing or mentoring a small team or leading cross-functional UA projects
  • Be data-driven, analytical, and comfortable with KPIs, campaign metrics, and data visualization tools
  • Have a strong understanding of creative testing, audience targeting, and performance optimization
  • Be proactive, curious, and always seeking new ways to improve campaign efficiency and scalability
  • Have excellent communication and leadership skills and be fluent in English (spoken and written)

You will

  • Your monthly salary will be between 2800 - 4500 EUR (gross), depending on your level of experience
