We are seeking a seasoned Manager, Integrated Marketing (6 Month-Fixed Term) to lead the planning and execution of key integrated marketing campaigns across product, brand, and commercial moments. This role blends strategic thinking with operational excellence, serving as the connective tissue between teams to ensure cohesive, high-performing campaigns.

At this level, this role requires independent leadership — driving clarity, alignment, and accountability across complex workstreams. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams and agency collaborators to deliver world-class 360° campaigns that build awareness, drive engagement, and strengthen brand equity.

What you will do:

Strategic Campaign Leadership

  • Translate brand and product strategies into actionable, integrated campaign plans.
  • Drive end-to-end strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels, ensuring campaigns meet both brand and business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate storytelling, creative excellence, and audience resonance across key initiatives.

Cross-Functional Influence

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Comms, Growth, and Creative to align campaign strategy, messaging, and execution.
  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for campaign workstreams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
  • Build trust and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to maintain seamless integration.
  • Communicate effectively with senior partners to surface insights, risks, and recommendations with confidence and clarity.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of integrated campaigns across brand, product, retail, and cultural moments.
  • Develop and maintain campaign timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and align with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate input and feedback across internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive storytelling and seamless execution.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Creative, Production, and Channel leads to ensure messaging and assets align across touchpoints.
  • Serve as a cross-functional connector between internal teams (Product Marketing, Comms, Growth, Lifecycle, Creative, Production) and agency partners.
  • Partner with the Head of Integrated Marketing to translate strategy into actionable plans that deliver measurable results.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Partner with Analytics and Channel teams to evaluate campaign performance and share insights post-launch.
  • Document learnings and identify opportunities to refine processes for future campaigns.

We would love to consider you for this role if you have:

  • 9+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or campaign management (agency or in-house).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead 360° campaigns from strategy to execution, with measurable brand or business impact.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing planning across digital, social, content, lifecycle, partnerships, and retail.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple complex workstreams independently.
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Adept at managing ambiguity, balancing priorities, and navigating cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Passion for wellness, technology, and purpose-driven brands preferred.
  • Must be based in the U.S.; Eastern Time Zone preferred for team alignment.
