- Creative Strategy & Direction:
+ Own and lead creative directions for multiple game marketing campaigns at once (up to 10 game projects).
+ Develop clear, actionable creative briefs for the production of:
. Video ads
. Playable ads
. Banner ads
. App store assets (icons, feature images, screenshots, trailers)
. Promotional banners and more.
+ Ensure visual and thematic consistency across creatives that align with game identities and target audiences.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
+ Work closely with Game Product Owners, User Acquisition Lead, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate growth strategies into compelling creative briefs.
+ Set creative guidelines and best practices to optimize the creative production process.
+ Collaborate with the Creative production team (graphic designers, motion designers, account, playable developers) to bring ideas to execution.
- Creative Performance & Optimization:
+ Work closely with the Creative Analyst and UA team to review creative performance metrics (CPI, IPM, CVR, etc.). Understand what’s working and what’s not to guide future creative direction
+ Proactively generate new creative hypotheses based on market trends, competitor benchmarks, and campaign performance.
+ Use performance data to refine and improve creatives over time. Ensure each iteration contributes to better results and keeps Amanotes ahead in mobile game marketing.
