Job Summary

We are a dynamic game studio developing an exciting, visually rich mobile rhythm game. We are looking for a passionate and talented 2D artist to join our creative team, contributing to our game's visuals and user interface.

Must Have

  • Design and create 2D game assets including UI components, characters, backgrounds, buttons, and text elements.
  • Collaborate closely with the game design and development team to ensure art assets align with project’s vision and technical requirements.
  • Proactively research and propose art concepts that suit the game’s tone and style.
  • Provide suggestions to improve UX through intuitive and visually appealing designs.
  • Deliver high-quality assets in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.
  • Proven experience as a 2D artist, preferably in mobile game development.
  • Proficiency in 2D art tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of UX principles in gaming, with the ability to design clear, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
  • Ability to adapt to different art styles; experience working in various visual themes.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your art skills and previous work.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.

Good to Have

  • Previous experience working on rhythm-based mobile games is a plus, but not required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a 2D artist, preferably in mobile game development.
  • Proficiency in 2D art tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of UX principles in gaming, with the ability to design clear, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
  • Ability to adapt to different art styles; experience working in various visual themes (e.g., cartoonish, realistic, fantasy, etc.)
  • Previous experience working on rhythm-based mobile games is a plus, but not required.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your art skills and previous work (please include links to your portfolio or attach samples).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.
